5'6" WTF

Who wants to screw in some 30cm fins and ride a slolom board just to get on the water in 8 knots? Is that really what kiteboarding is to become? We hope not. Enter the 5'6" WTF. "What the $#%*!" for sure will be the first thing that you say when you lay your eyes on this beast. At 5'6 x 20 1/8" x 2 5/8", this board is in a word, huge. Built to put the fun back into light wind kiteboarding, the 5'6" WTF gets you on the water with almost no wind, but will continue to perform even when the wind picks up.

With a deep double concave and a wide-spaced quad fin set-up, the WTF is really built almost like two boards stuck together. Because the concave is so deep, you can really get the board up and on a rail instead of it wanting to ride flat on the water (like a traditional race board). Once on a plane, the board channels water smoothly and quickly and maintains a loose feel. The volume and sheer size, however, ensure that you will be able to get up and going in almost zero wind.

Use it for recreational racing, doing small airs in sloppy surf, a light wind machine, or just a board for cruising. Any way you slice it, the 5'6" is just made to have fun.
